Above is the latest 3D rendering for the condo project coming to 300L Street NE. In addition to new material selections, note that the ground floor has become residential units, instead of the formerly proposed retail spaces. Below, a look at the original rendering.

The Maia

These are the latest renderings for The Maia, a new residential project that will be located at 1350 Maryland Avenue NE (map), just a block south of the main H Street strip. The building will have eighty-four units, a mix of one and two bedrooms. The project will replace the Faith Bible Church that is currently located on the site, and is a Valor Development project designed by PGN Architects.
