Latest video: The Montrose
About the Project:
Built in 1897, the Hurt Home was originally an assisted living facility for the blind. The District obtained the property in 1987 from the Henry and Annie Hurt Home for the Blind and the Aid Association for the Blind of the District of Columbia. More recently, the building was home to the Devereux Children’s Center, a residential and psychiatric program for foster children.
The Montrose Residences’ historic renovation calls for 15 units (3 of which are affordable), and will bring together top-of-the-line finishes and traditional features to provide the ultimate, luxury living experience.
This set of renderings was recently completed for the Edmonds School – luxury condos and townhomes coming soon to 901 D St NE (map).
