Rendering for 1449 Harvard Street NW

This is the first rendering that was recently completed for Lock Seven Development‘s latest condo project at 1449 Harvard Street in Columbia Heights. It shows the updates that are happening to the facade of the building, including a new front door and entry stairs. Check out the developers’ blog for more photos and information on the progress of the project.

The image also got mention on Curbed DC and Washington City Paper for the biking CaBi guy. Lots of Capital Bikeshare love! And yes, he is wearing a helmet — even rendering people like to ride safe.

Coming soon – an aerial view of the rear addition to the building.
